Full-Time Customer Experience Coordinator (Remote)

Monday to Friday (daytime availability during EST 8am-5pm required)
We’re looking for someone who’s helpful, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about doing right by the customer. This is a full-time role, but an essential one — you’ll be the first line of contact for people reaching out with questions, issues, or feedback.

What You’ll Actually Do

Reply to customers via email, live chat, SMS, and occasionally by phone

Solve problems — order issues, shipping delays, product questions, returns

Collaborate with warehouses, 3PLs, and internal teams to get answers and take action

Use tools like Gorgias, Shopify, Slack, and Monday.com to keep everything moving

Flag trends, suggest improvements, and help us tighten up the customer experience

Write responses that are clear, professional, and helpful — and don’t sound robotic

Handle support for multiple brands at once with different tones and audiences

Keep internal notes, boards, and documentation clean and up to date
What We’re Looking For

You’re available during the weekdays for check-ins, tickets, and quick Slack replies

You have strong written communication skills — typo-free, clear, and personable

You’ve worked in customer support, operations, or service roles before (ideally eCom)

You know how to use Gorgias, Shopify, or similar platforms — or can learn fast

You’re organized, responsive, and don’t let things fall through the cracks

You take initiative — if something’s broken, you don’t wait to be told to fix it
-
You can adjust your tone depending on the brand or situation — empathy goes a long way
-
You’re calm under pressure and can handle the occasional tough message gracefully
Extras That Help (but not dealbreakers)

Experience with consumer product brands, especially DTC

Familiarity with CX systems, macros, and automations

Comfort using AI tools or chatbots to streamline tasks
