PROJECT MANAGER (REMOTE)
Part-Time Project Manager (Remote)
Posted: 05/16/25
$1,750/month
~15–20 hours/week — Monday to Friday (flexible hours, daytime availability required)
We’re looking for someone who’s organized, tech-savvy, and genuinely good at getting things done. This is a part-time role, but it’s a key one. You’ll be helping push projects forward, keep tasks from stalling, and be the connective tissue between people, tools, and ideas.
If you like building structure out of chaos, enjoy figuring things out without a step-by-step guide, and can manage a few moving parts without losing track — keep reading.
What You’ll Actually Do
-
Get handed a task, figure out what needs to happen, and either do it or delegate it
-
Build out project workflows in Monday.com, assign the right pieces to the right people, and keep everything moving
-
Work directly with our team to take ideas and turn them into actionable steps
-
Assign technical tasks to our in-house tech lead when needed (you won’t have to code anything)
-
Handle more strategic or communication-heavy tasks yourself
-
Jump on Zoom calls when needed (internal or with clients), sometimes just to take notes and follow up on action items
-
Write clear, professional emails — and send the occasional Slack message that doesn’t sound like it was written by a bot
-
Use Slack, Monday.com, Google Drive, Zoom, Email, and other tools with confidence
-
Use ChatGPT, Grok, Google, or your own brain to figure stuff out fast — this role favors resourcefulness over resume bullet points
-
Stay on top of our files, boards, and documentation so things don’t get messy
What We’re Looking For
-
You’re available during the weekdays for check-ins, Slack messages, and occasional meetings
-
You don’t wait around to be told what to do — you take initiative and keep things from stalling
-
You’re a strong communicator who can write a clean email and speak professionally when needed
-
You’ve got solid tech skills — you’re fast with online tools and not afraid to try new ones
-
You can keep track of multiple projects without dropping the ball
-
You’ve worked in team settings before — maybe as a project manager, EA, or operations lead — and you’ve led or owned projects yourself
-
You’re not easily overwhelmed, you’re not afraid to ask questions, and you actually like problem-solving
Extras That Help (but not dealbreakers)
-
Experience in e-commerce, consulting, or logistics
-
Familiarity with project management tools and workflows (Kanban, Agile, etc.)
-
Comfortable using automation or AI tools to simplify things
What You Get
-
$1,750/month flat rate (contractor role)
-
Fully remote
-
Flexible hours (outside of meetings or quick chats)
-
A team that moves fast, values autonomy, and doesn’t believe in micromanaging
This role is ideal for someone who wants meaningful, flexible part-time work where your brain is valued more than your buzzwords. If you’re smart, capable, and organized — and you enjoy being the person who keeps things on track — this might be a good fit.
Think You’re a Fit? Prove It.
We don’t do generic applications. If this sounds like your kind of role, send us an email at jobs@lcl3.com and tell us why you’d be a great fit.
No need for a formal cover letter — just be clear, real, and let us know what you bring to the table. Bonus points if you’ve done this kind of work before or can share examples.
