01What exactly is LCL3?
We're an embedded operations team for e-commerce brands. We work inside your Slack and your tools, build the systems, SOPs and AI agents your business runs on, and then run them with you. Think of us as the operations department you haven't hired yet.
02Is this done for me, or do I have to build it?
The build is on us. We map your operations, find the leaks, and build the fixes inside your stack. What we need from you are the decisions only you can make, plus access to your tools. Once it's live, we keep running and improving it alongside your team.
03Who will I actually be working with?
A dedicated team of experienced e-commerce operators, not a rotating cast of juniors. You get a shared Slack channel with the people doing the work and a clear owner for your account, so questions never get buried.
04I've been burned by an agency before. Why is this different?
